Ok, Because we're all poor mofos, we don't have our own ventrilo server.
BUT we can use a public one.
First of all, download ventrilo.

Go there, and choose the one that suits you under the CLIENT part.

Once you have it, create a username, then create a server (add one)
Enter these details:

Hostname or IP: 64.34.250.132
Port: 3811
Password: 9876
